Role Description We're seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead (Physician) to advocate for their colleagues and fellow pod members, drive clinical excellence and a supportive work environment, and contribute to our practice’s continued growth and success. - Co-lead a pod of up to 10 clinicians alongside a Registered Dietitian Lead. - Provide critical support to the practice in support of high-quality care delivery and clinician well-being. - Devote leadership time to providing pod assignee support and collaborating with the Regional Medical Director. - Promote obesity care and telemedicine best practices. - Demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest standards of clinical care.
