Position Summary: The Community and Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving strategic membership growth and increasing member engagement while fostering relationships that reflect the co-op's values and role in the community. Specific areas of responsibility include member services and growth, event planning, coordinating educational classes, in-store customer education, and relationship building with local businesses and non-profits. This role requires strong communication, customer service, public speaking, intercultural competence, and organizational skills as well as initiative, time management, project management, and event planning, integrity, and the ability to develop and execute membership growth and engagement initiatives. Location: 622 Selby Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55104 Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours. Occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. May work remotely up to one day per week.
