JOB DESCRIPTION The Business Transformation- Senior Associate works collaboratively with the Senior Manager of Business Transformation supporting him to design, execute, and support multiple teams through organizational change efforts of varying size and complexity. This role utilizes change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for the firm, A day in the life of this position may include: Develops overall change management strategy, communication plan, training plan, and transition plan for change management initiatives. Leads, guides, and supports multiple project work streams. Works directly with leading change agent on the following: Identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, Stakeholder identification and alignment Appropriate communication and feedback loops Success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability Leads Drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching for the firm. What you bring:

• Own sourcing strategy and vendor relationships for North America–based manufacturers of Home Hard Line products (both MTO and stocked), including fabric mills • Lead cost negotiations, contracts, and margin improvement initiatives with Americas-based suppliers • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new factory partners with high quality standards, scalable capacity, and reliable lead times • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to launch new products efficiently and reliably • Visit key vendor partners regularly to troubleshoot issues, audit quality and delivery performance, and build long-term strategic relationships • Drive factory-side product development cycles in close partnership with Design and Merchandising • Ensure successful order execution with vendors by reviewing production timelines, ensuring SLA adherence, accelerating production where needed, and optimizing quick-ship performance • Ensure compliance with Quince’s ethical sourcing, social responsibility, and sustainability standards

• Actively shape collaboration with leading purchasing consortia • Responsible for closing long-term partnerships and achieving profitable growth • Lead complex negotiations for framework agreements and pricing models • Identify growth opportunities within hospitals affiliated with GPOs • Monitor competitor strategies and changes in reimbursement • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Service and Supply Chain to ensure legally compliant agreements.

• You'll purchase machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies or services necessary for the operation of an establishment. • You´ll be responsible for buying goods and services for use by their company or organization. • You'll review and potentially optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors. • You'll approve purchases of the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts. • You'll approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services. • You'll instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods. • You'll instruct staff on methods of negotiation, renegotiation and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors and other representatives. • You'll confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action. • You'll evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.
