Job Description

Contract Management Specialist

Logicalis GmbH

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and termination • Handle first pass reviews of routine commercial agreements, such as NDAs and simple RFPs • Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards • Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to streamline contracting workflows • Administer company contract management systems and ensure accurate data entry and reporting • Assist with management of all legal invoices, including tracking approved, paid, and actuals versus budget

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related in-house or law firm legal role
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in an in-house legal department
  • Familiarity with CLM tools (e.g., Luminance, DocuSign) and all Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and strong risk-spotting ability
  • Business-oriented mindset with sound judgment
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
