Role Description - Serve as primary point of contact for production support, triage, and incident resolution across client systems. - Perform root cause analysis, bug fixing, and ensure long-term stability of applications. - Work across multiple technologies including .NET, Ruby on Rails, and cloud-native systems. - Establish and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices. - Collaborate with client teams and internal engineers to optimize systems and workflows. - Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and operational support rotations. - Maintain system documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer. - Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and client environments. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, DBA, or ML roles. - 2+ years supporting production environments. - Strong troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and networking layers. - Experience with AWS data engineering tools (ETL, Lambda, ML-related services). - Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell). - Excellent communication skills for client-facing consulting environments. • You will be a key contributor to the evolution of solutions for hospitals and clinics. • Help transform the care journey into something faster, safer and smarter. • Develop, configure and customize modules in Tasy EMR. • Gather requirements from business areas and translate them into technical solutions. • Build integrations (interfaces) between Tasy and other systems. • Perform testing, acceptance/homologation and post-implementation support. • Document solutions, workflows and best practices. • Support key users with training and inquiries. • Propose continuous improvements to processes and systems.

• Support Revenue Accounting systems and processes, including monthly pre-close and close activities • Assist with revenue report reconciliations, tie-outs, and audit support • Participate in revenue engine upgrades, patches, and bug fixes • Support UAT, regression testing, and use-case validation for system enhancements • Troubleshoot application and process issues in collaboration with business and IT teams • Design, document, and test business requirements (BRDs), enhancements, and customizations • Support testing of Snowflake-based data models and pipelines for revenue analytics and reporting • Contribute to initiatives such as BI reporting, RPA, disclosures, SSP analysis, and revenue analytics • Learn and apply best practices for data accuracy, controls, performance optimization, and security • Work closely with Revenue Accounting, Finance, IT, and Data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Participate in enterprise Digital Transformation projects, gaining exposure to full product lifecycle from Quote to Revenue • Contribute to documentation, SOX controls and operations.
