Sales Development Representative
Finvari
• Prospect into a defined territory through outbound efforts including calls, emails, and social outreach • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within construction companies • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries • Conduct initial discovery to understand business needs, workflows, and potential fit • Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Representatives and ensure smooth handoff • Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in our CRM (HubSpot) • Execute high-volume outreach while maintaining thoughtful, personalized messaging • Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development, or similar outbound sales role within SaaS or a technology company
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and operate in a high-activity environment
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Highly coachable, resilient, and motivated to improve in a fast-paced startup environment
