Senior Account Executive
IDC
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients in the IT and technology sectors across all IDC product lines. • Deliver the best possible customer experience to our clients daily. • Develop and manage a pipeline of existing accounts to maintain and expand the current revenue base. • Understand client needs and challenges and match them with appropriate research solutions from IDC. • Prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, and negotiate contracts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and accurate forecasting in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development --preferably in market research or IT services.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including enterprise technologies, software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation and of course AI
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
