• консолідувати розвиток AI-напрямку в HCD-процесах з урахуванням вектора розвитку команди та компанії • пріоритизувати pipeline впровадження AI з командою (Prompt та Ops-спеціалісти) • визначати точки, де AI може підвищити ефективність, зменшити помилки та покращити якість, і планувати їх впровадження • розробляти та підтримувати AI governance framework разом із CTO у рамках впровадження стратегії AI-трансформації • визначати зони ризику (P0–P3), правила модерації та safety guardrails для AI-воркфлоу • впроваджувати та контролювати HITL-framework (Human-in-the-Loop) для всіх критичних процесів (P0/P1) • проводити регулярні аудити якості та комплаєнсу впроваджених AI-рішень • затверджувати робочі інструкції, чеклісти, AI guardrails та prompt-політики для команд • управляти A/B тестуванням AI-варіантів, аналізувати win-rate, якість та продуктивність • вести cross-командний контроль якості та моніторинг adoption rate • співпрацювати з CTO у питаннях закупівлі інструментів, ліцензій, інфраструктури та консолідації вектора розвитку напрямку • бути внутрішнім AI-амбасадором та точкою контакту для всіх команд департаменту
