Senior Data Analyst, Client Insights Lead

• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to client leaders, building the relationships and business context required to enable faster, better-informed decisions • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across performance, customer behavior, conversion, and competitive dynamics • Actively build and expand relationships with client stakeholders and analysts to enable deeper collaboration and more strategic insight delivery • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling written and verbal narratives tailored to executive and non-technical audiences • Lead presentations of insights and recommendations in client meetings, QBRs, and internal forums • Translate client questions and business needs into analytical approaches, hypotheses, and prioritized workstreams • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Solutions teams to inform and contribute to requirements and prioritization for data platforms, dashboards, and analytics capabilities • Apply a product ownership–style mindset to analytics by developing a deep understanding of the client platform, user behavior, and business domain • Reinforce shared KPI definitions and analytical methodology to support a consistent source of truth across reporting and insights • Contribute to documentation, onboarding, and enablement efforts that help clients and internal teams effectively adopt and use iSeatz data products.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, consulting, or a related role with direct stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly, precisely, and confidently communicate complex technical and business concepts to executive and non-technical audiences
  • Strong business judgment, demonstrated by the ability to discern priorities, understand tradeoffs, and focus effort where it will have the greatest impact
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with modern data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience delivering insights via BI tools (Tableau preferred) and translating data into executive-ready outputs such as slides, dashboards, and written narratives
  • Demonstrated awareness of data privacy, security, and responsible data handling practices when working with sensitive or cross-organization data
  • Ability to use systems thinking and context to determine which data matters, how it should be interpreted, and how insights should be applied
  • Ability to balance proactive insight generation and data product development with responsive support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong accountability and dependability, with clear ownership of deliverables, narratives, and stakeholder relationships

Role Description Audubon is currently seeking a Corrosion Quality and Reporting Specialist to join our team in our Tulsa, OK Office. The Corrosion Quality and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day Close Interval Survey, DCVG, ACVG data quality and technical report writing for pipeline integrity and corrosion field service activities in accordance with Audubon Companies and Client specifications and/or procedures. These responsibilities will be carried out remotely. Primary Responsibilities - Interpret and apply all applicable procedures associated with quality data collecting per client and Audubon Standards. - Review all daily data and daily reports from the field for accuracy and validity for multiple projects. - Ensure field work and data submissions meet client specifications and communicate such specifications to supervision and field personnel. - Provide clients with daily field and data reports on assigned corrosion projects/jobs for accuracy and validity. - Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of standard work practices/processes and employee training programs to ensure quality services and work products. - Provide written reports, including data analysis, recommendations for mitigation and additional testing. - Ensure that all data was completed per Audubon or client specific processes/procedures. - Track all assigned projects reporting to ensure that all data is completed and meets specified delivery timelines. - Maintain all record retention for corrosion projects/jobs per Audubon guidelines. - Communicate with clients for weekly and post-job requests as required. - Complete computerized reports, research procedural requirements, file paperwork, and fill out required reports. - Champion quality control functions, as assigned. - Follow and adhere to all Audubon and Client safety rules and regulations. - Adhere to Audubon Core Values. - All other assigned duties. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - NACE Cathodic Protection Tester (CP1) or Cathodic Protection Technician (CP2) certification. - Complete all required Company safety and job-related training and demonstrated proficiency of the methods, procedures, and tools used to accomplish the task being performed. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments with short notice. - Determine needed materials and manpower per client scope of work and assist management with the creation of estimates and proposals. - Stay current with industry standards and advancements in corrosion technology. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Close Interval Survey, DCVG, ACVG, Data Logger, and PCM Equipment. - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Survey Manager PCS. - Proven ability to prioritize and complete work assignments by specific deadlines. - Proven ability to communicate with customers, supervision, and co-workers. - Proven ability to follow precise directions and procedures as directed by supervision. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of pipeline integrity operations and maintenance processes. - Up to 10% travel. - Reliable transportation.
