• Support customer relationships by maintaining deep product technical knowledge for metal cutting tooling • Providing technical advice, technical support, and technical expertise to enable & foster expansion in the market • Liaison with Sales Engineer, Productivity Engineer, and Inside Sales to support the customers technical needs for tooling • Be an expert in the company’s products and applications across end-markets while being vigil of cost savings and expansion into untapped market applications • Conduct tooling and application testing • Prepare and present progress, status and forecasting reports of assigned area of responsibility • Maintain expert knowledge on machining industry trends, training opportunities, and forecasts • Support sales growth in using the company’s products/technology to design and execute cost savings initiatives with customers

We are seeking the Epic Radiant certification for this opportunity. This role will work on builds and configs, include Epic upgrade project based work, enhancement requests, ticket queue responses, and break/fix duties. A level III Analyst should have a minimum of 5 years Epic Analyst experience in this space w/ certifications listed above. Remote position, however candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of Epic Radiant. - Works across interdisciplinary workgroups to accomplish set goals as a team. - Is a representative of the Information Technology team and is responsible for establishing, fostering and maintaining positive business relationships with Emory co-workers; interdisciplinary workgroups; clinical and financial department representatives; Epic partners; and all other staff who use or interact with the Epic application suite. - Monitors and mentors other analysts in methods and processes and implementation of those methods. Manages complex projects independently. - Functions as business partner with service lines, departments, individuals, and coworkers. Role Description UTHealth Houston is looking for an EPIC Imaging Ancillary Integration Analyst to oversee and perform integrations for a major outpatient surgery center with UT Physicians, including radiology and interoperability expansions.
