Procurement Analyst

• Support the Procurement Team: Assist in operating the purchasing process under guidance, including the creation, processing, and maintenance of purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with set GHX policies and Procurement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Support Vendor Contracting: Assist in reviewing vendor contracts to ensure alignment with documented requirements and generate contract templates using the Contract Management system • Support Vendor Onboarding and Management: Follow documented onboarding process and aid in maintaining accurate vendor records within internal procurement systems • Documentation and Reporting: Help document and maintain Procurement policies and guidelines for internal and end-user use • Reporting: Assist with reporting on Procurement metrics and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Business Owners, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to support vendor engagements and ensure smooth operations • Education: Help train internal teams on Procurement policies, best practices, processes and tools as needed • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, automation, and cost savings and work with direct leadership to implement these improvements • Perform other Procurement-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Arts/Bachelors of Science, or a combination of education and related work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a procurement or project management role
