• Own and execute important aspects of the roadmap for building a best-in-class operations experience, positioning Credible as a highly efficient and scalable financial marketplace • Work with our operations team to systematically identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational efficiency through development of internal tools and technology • Balance delivering short-term improvements to existing tools with driving the development of long-term revenue generating priorities • Focus on workflow and backend improvements to increase operational efficiency and drive conversion • Collaborate with our cross-vertical Product Management team to ensure rigorous systems design and balance UX with operations and systems needs • Work with our lending partners to continuously optimize our marketplace integrations according to their needs • Translate technical requirements from engineers or 3rd party APIs into digestible product workflows that can be leveraged during the design process • Develop testing strategies and think through edge case scenarios for all features
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations working on consumer Internet or SaaS products, with a focus on internal or external customer experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- Loan origination software
- Insurance technology
- Developing tools to manage complex customer or operational workflows
- Experience working closely with product designers, managers and/or technical teams, such as software engineers, from concept through to execution
- Experience working with internal stakeholders such as customer support and operations teams is ideal

Technical Integration Specialist

Role Description The Technical Integration Specialist will operate as a part of SmithRx’s growing Adjudication Platform Team. Candidates will work cross-functionally with our business and technology organizations to develop and implement streamlined solutions to electronic data integration workflows. Candidates will assist the team in designing processes to support integral PBM file exchanges that contribute to the ongoing success of SmithRx and our client. Our goal is to assist our business partners and effectively champion an efficient and streamlined data file sharing process for all parties. - Ensure project implementation resources are executing on implementation of the solution in a timely manner, and in accordance with solution design. - Serve as the primary technical contact on all eligibility and data integration discussions. - Ensure client understands technical implementation roles & responsibilities. - Attend implementation meetings to provide guidance on our technical integration processes. - Ensure client is trained and empowered on SmithRx’s data integration solution. - Lead and/or assist in solution configuration and quality assurance. - Participate in implementation tasks (including technical tasks) as needed to meet project timelines and deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve any current and ongoing electronic data sharing issues to include but not limited to eligibility, accumulator and paid claim file formats, SFTP connectivity, data ingestion and data accuracy. - Develop proficiency on SmithRx data process flows to play role of EDI expert to the client. - Provide product knowledge and expertise to implementation staff, client, and other stakeholders. - Manage implementation resource on project execution, without direct managerial ownership. - Manage integrations with third party systems. - Excellent communication with technical, business, and non-technical team members. - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
