Marketing Project Coordinator

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to support traffic objectives, brand awareness, and client-specific goals • Oversee all aspects of campaign project management, including setting timelines, tasks, managing deliverables, and coordinating with Customers and different teams in the organization • Monitor key campaign metrics, analyze data to assess effectiveness, and generate actionable insights to improve performance • Partner with teams across marketing, sales, design, content, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals • Professionally communicate with customers via phone, email, and case as needed
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or project management role
- Willingness to be flexible
- Work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Highly organized, detail oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Familiar with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMrush
- A basic understanding of marketing channels like email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing
