Customer Service Representative
Enviri
• Complete customer manifest entry into CORE customer/job management system for incoming loads to our Hazardous Waste Facilities • Prepare manifests and labels in CORE to be sent to our customers • Schedule all waste loads into Clean Earth or other facilities • Complete invoicing from CORE • Create Purchase Orders for all direct ship loads or supplies for our customers • Complete computer entry of all pricing quotes • Create and review generator waste profiles and submit for approval • Send all outgoing UPS packages to our customers
Job Requirements
- High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Confident phone etiquette with proven experience handling calls professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Must be able to regularly access and use general office equipment including phones, computers, cop-iers, etc.
- Must be able to work in a busy, often distracting work environment that is generally climate controlled.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Preferred knowledge of SalesForce.com or familiarity with a related CRM system and practices
