Job Requirements

• Work collaboratively as a team to plan, host, and deliver high-converting webinars that effectively present, promote, and sell products or services using clear, compelling arguments. • Work together to analyze attendee needs, behaviors, and feedback during and after webinars, conducting cost-benefit and needs assessments to better align offers with customer expectations. • Collaborate as a team to build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with webinar participants, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the customer journey. • Work as a team to generate and engage leads through coordinated outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media promotion to drive webinar registrations and attendance.
• Design and optimize websites and landing pages: Partner with the paid marketing, CRO, PMM and product & design teams to design high-converting, performative landing pages, developing variations for A/B testing and experimentation. • Create performance-driven ad creative: Develop compelling visual assets for various paid channels, including Meta, Google Ads, and other acquisition platforms. • Develop engaging email marketing: Collaborate with the lifecycle team to design marketing emails and templates that drive member engagement and retention. • Ensure brand and product consistency: Work closely with the Product and Product Design teams to ensure marketing assets, landing pages, and websites align with the overall product design strategy and user experience. • Champion the brand voice: Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to develop and consistently apply our brand’s visual identity across all marketing touchpoints. • Create a range of marketing collateral: Produce various assets as needed, including social media posts, campaign assets, and other marketing materials. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with marketers, designers, product managers, and engineers to bring campaigns and experiments to life. • Iterate with data: Use performance metrics and experimentation results to continuously improve marketing creative and conversion performance.
