• AECOM is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to be based in our Honolulu office. • The Project Controls Analyst will be skilled in the use of company cornerstone systems and able to represent cost data formats necessary to control the project. • The Project Controls Analyst will support a wide variety of high profile projects, typically in the 1 to 2 Million Dollar range. • Project Controls Analysts work closely with Project Managers providing cost analysis, cost reconciliation, proposal support, contract / subcontract administration and various reporting. • Develops knowledge of accounting principles. • Familiar with earned value, scope control and change management concepts, principles and methodologies.

• Conduct market visits • Collect field data • Deliver insights to support brand strategy

• Gather data from various sources, including monthly SLA reporting, Raw data files, BI Dashboards, Transformation benefits. • Analyze SLA data / Transformation benefits to identify patterns, and insights that can help propose changes on SLA metrics as well as to control Transformation project benefit realization. • Generate and present reports on SLA performance, Transformation benefits including metrics such as CSAT/resource utilization and Benefit realization. • Prepare and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and findings.

• Support Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery processes • Conduct and apply BIA – Business Impact Analysis, including information gathering, impact assessment, and documentation of results • Map critical technologies, services, and processes, and develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) • Work closely with technical teams to plan, coordinate, and monitor disaster recovery tests, including existing tests and the development of new scenarios • Support and monitor internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, evidence, and compliance with requirements • Manage business continuity–related risks, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation plans • Prepare technical and executive reports with test results, risk assessments, and continuity metrics • Collaborate with multiple teams (technology, risk, compliance, and business) to execute and track continuity-related activities • Develop and maintain documentation such as policies, standards, procedures, reports, and management presentations
