Account Manager

• Manage customer relationships & projects including setting up customers' tools and providing training. • Ensure contracts and invoicing are always up-to-date and accurate. • Produce ad-hoc reports to provide customers with quantitative & qualitative insights. • Compile coverage monitoring analysis and producing reports in both Excel and Powerpoint format.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Extra Credit: Experience in Fashion, Luxury or Beauty industry
