• El RPA Developer será el responsable de identificar, diseñar e implementar soluciones de automatización robótica de procesos (RPA) que eliminen tareas repetitivas, reduzcan errores y liberen capacidad operativa en la organización. • Actuará como referente técnico del equipo de automatización, colabora con las áreas de negocio para priorizar el pipeline de procesos candidatos y garantiza la calidad, mantenibilidad y escalabilidad del portafolio de soluciones RPA. • Liderar el proceso de discovery de procesos: entrevistas con stakeholders, elaboración de PDD (Process Definition Document) y análisis de viabilidad técnica. • Diseñar la solución RPA definiendo bots atendidos, desatendidos o híbridos según el caso de uso. • Desarrollar bots en Automation Anywhere A360 / Enterprise Client utilizando Task Bots, IQ Bots y Meta Bots. • Construir scripts de automatización en Python (Selenium, PyAutoGUI, pandas, requests, etc.) para flujos de integración y manipulación de datos. • Operar y monitorear el Control Room de Automation Anywhere: programación, gestión de credenciales, colas y alertas.
