Staff Accountant
Aduro Advisors
• Review and process Expensify reports • Documentation and reconciliation of bank statements, credit card statements, cash expenditures • Financial reporting support for monthly review, and general ledger / trial balance • Request, receive, and store W-9s • 1099 reporting • Process accounts payable on a weekly basis using Bill.com • Prepare intercompany invoicing process and process reimbursements • Handles special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 0 – 2 years of work experience or professional internships in relevant accounting roles
- Diverse work experience in a service focused role is a plus!
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
- You are naturally resourceful, driven and have strong problem-solving skills
- You have a track record of being a project leader and have strong organizational skills
- You see the value in providing excellent customer service, being thoughtful and know the details make the difference
- You have working experience with Excel and Word
- You are comfortable with learning new software systems and tend to be someone that likes to be proficient in any system them use
- You have always had a passion for numbers and want to build your accounting career
