Associate Attendee Data Manager

FIRST

• Support meeting planners in managing attendee registration for conferences and events • Ensure the smooth execution of data-related tasks • Maintain accurate attendee data • Collaborate with event stakeholders • Provide database management to ensure consistency and accuracy • Assist in the development, testing, and management of event communications and online registration • Support attendees throughout the registration process • Manage room blocks, activity scheduling and onsite execution support including post-event attendee reporting • Domestic and/or international travel may be required with this role.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology including entry level meeting planning and coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of Cvent is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – specifically with Excel (comfortable with VLOOKUP function) and PowerPoint
  • Experience with virtual meeting and event platforms such as Intrado, GlobalMeet / TalkPoint, Zoom, WebEx, SpotMe, Concise Chime or other virtual meeting and event platforms
  • Prior experience with other event platforms such as StarCite, Eventbrite, etouches or other registration website platforms is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels
  • Industry knowledge of new suppliers, services, and best practices
  • Client centric, approachable, ability to adjust to client needs and style and deepen relationships in support of their business and programs; adapt to ever changing demands and different client work styles
  • Motivated, self-starter, ability to take direction and work independently; ability to think innovatively
  • Flexible and willing to work outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends) and travel when required to be on-site at events and/or troubleshoot remotely.
