The Work The Senior Power Platform Developer is a technical professional responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). This role supports the client’s missions by enabling digital transformation, process automation, data analytics, and citizen development. This role collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to deliver robust, secure, and scalable applications that meet critical organizational requirements. Qualifications Here’s What You Need - 5+ years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including: - Power Apps - Power Automate - on-Prem and Cloud RDBMS, Dataverse - Power BI - 5+ years of demonstrated strong understanding of: - Application lifecycle management (ALM) - Environment strategy with Deployment and Troubleshooting (Dev/Test/Prod) - Security and role-based access control - SQL Queries - 5+ years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs. - Ability to work independently and across multiple projects in a shared-services environment. - Must be able to pass a background check.
