• The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, translating operational and system needs into clear functional requirements. • Analyze existing WMS and ERP workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. • Create and maintain Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process maps and workflows, Data mapping and field-level specifications. • Develop test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on functional requirements. • Validate WMS, ERP, and reporting outputs using SQL queries and data analysis. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
- Proven experience writing Functional specifications, Business requirements, and Test cases and test scripts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Role Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our Client Services team. You will work closely with Client Services stakeholders and IT to support day-to-day operations, help document business processes, and assist in analyzing and improving system functionality. This is a full-time, remote position. Compensation for the position is an annual base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests. - Assist in writing clear and concise business requirements and documenting them. - Help analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into action with support from our Strategic Operations Business Analyst. - Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Assist in generating and analyzing reports using Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to support team goals. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features and enhancements. - Process administrative work including running skip traces and sending SMS blasts. - Help develop and update training materials and assist with user training when needed. - Provide general project support, including maintaining project timelines and tracking progress, and perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
