Video Editor, Motion Designer

Prison Fellowship

• Deliver high quality editing, light motion support, finishing, and disciplined content organization with strong story judgment, modern digital pacing, and responsible use of GenAI tools • Repurpose and maximize production assets and prepare deliverables for social media, web, broadcast, CTV/DRM, LMS, and ministry environments • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Collaborate and provide creative direction within the team

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in video or film editing
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production or Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of work that aligns with industry standards
  • Extensive knowledge of digital cinematography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects)
  • Proficiency in video storytelling techniques and post-production processes
  • Familiarity with color correction, audio mixing, and special effects
  • Knowledge of media management technologies and platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling issues

Pocket.watch is currently seeking a talented Digital Animator for a short term project that has the combined talents of compositing and animation and has embraced the addition of AI tools. The ideal candidate has 4 years of After Effects and Adobe CC experience as well as a year using Generative AI. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a trailblazing entertainment company and work with top industry executives. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with other artists, directors and producers to create cutting edge visuals from concept to render. - Complete shots and sequences using a combination of Adobe CC tools, Compositing, Motion Graphics and Gen AI workflows. - Work with the Director to break down scripts into sequences and shots focusing on visual storytelling. - Other duties as assigned.
