• Lead and oversee Advanced Analytics, Data Science, AI, Innovation, and Intelligent Automation functions across the organization. • Build, inspire, and mentor global, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence and innovation. • Drive the development and enhancement of intelligent decisioning capabilities aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals. • Establish and align governance models (hub-and-spoke) across global, regional, and departmental levels. • Define and prioritize analytics and AI initiatives based on business value and strategic impact. • Partner with business, digital, and data teams to transform the enterprise data & analytics landscape. • Support end-to-end delivery of transformation programs and analytics-driven projects. • Build and manage a strong ecosystem of internal and external partners to deliver multi-year roadmaps. • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, analytics, and automation to drive continuous innovation.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI/ML opportunities • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions (e.g., forecasting, classification, NLP, GenAI) • Develop reusable frameworks, POCs, and accelerators to scale impact across clients • Support presales efforts with demos, solutioning, and scoping support • Work alongside a cross-functional team of consultants, data engineers, and analysts • Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends and technologies and bring that knowledge to our clients
