Are you looking to get into project management? We’re hiring an entry-level Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across our team. If you’re organized, communicative, and enjoy turning ideas into action, we’d love to meet you. Training & ramp-up We’ll provide hands-on training and support to get you up to speed so you can be effective quickly. That said, this is a real delivery role—you’ll begin running projects almost immediately, with guidance from experienced team members.

Job Requirements

  • What you’ll do
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Track tasks, milestones, and risks; follow up on action items to keep work moving
  • Create and maintain project documentation (meeting notes, status reports, project plans, change logs)
  • Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and communicate updates to the team
  • Help ensure projects stay aligned to scope, timeline, and quality expectations
  • What we’re looking for
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic proficiency with common productivity tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, calendars)
  • Nice to have
  • Exposure to IT projects and/or construction projects (not required)
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
  • Internship, coursework, or prior experience supporting projects in any industry

Role Description Welty Energy is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Transmission and Substation Project Management team! As a Project Manager, you will focus on planning, organizing, and coordinating the completion of all activities for substation and transmission line projects ranging from 69kV to 765kV. You would also contribute to mentoring and training of junior team members with the ultimate goal of team success. Although remote, this role is required to be in Virginia or West Virginia with travel to client sites as required (15-20%). As a Project Manager, you may: - Coordinate with all applicable stakeholders on your project(s) to ensure that communication across the lines is established and maintained throughout the life cycle of the project(s). - Act as the primary point of contact with the client regarding your project(s). - Conduct technical reviews of specifications, drawings, contracts, addenda, and other construction documents to ensure constructability with our client’s standards and specifications while utilizing the technical expertise of others as needed. - Conduct and direct project planning and status meetings to ensure schedule and financial adherence to projects are being maintained and significant issues are clearly disseminated to relevant participants. - Provide schedule updates of the engineering, construction, and budget status of each project to the appropriate management teams (internal and external). - Oversee and coordinate construction package reviews, pre-award meetings, field visits, and pre-award project site walk-downs. - Act as the single point of contact for Construction on submittals, reviews, and coordination of required project information and documents. - Ensure that necessary outages are identified, submitted, and communicated in a timely manner to avoid schedule interruptions and conflicts with other projects in the area. - Ensure that required permits are obtained for all fieldwork and required approvals are secured from applicable parties. - Assist the Portfolio Manager(s) with the coordination, preparation, and reporting of significant activities on construction projects and programs, in addition to performing other related tasks and assignments as required. - Perform site safety inspections regularly at project locations. - Focus on stakeholder interaction and client expectations when planning and executing projects. - Follow project management tenets to properly estimate, monitor, and control approved funding, resources, schedules, and project activities. - Follow your client’s methods, processes, and policies while planning and executing projects. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent years of experience in electric utility project management field. - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in project management for the Electric Utility sector. - High voltage experience strongly preferred. - PMP preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Effective leadership and organizational skills. Requirements - 15-20% travel required including initial onboarding, annual all-hands meeting, and to client sites. Position Summary EDETEK is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients. This role is responsible for cross-functional project leadership from study startup through closeout, with a strong focus on timeline management, sponsor communication, risk management, vendor oversight, and quality delivery. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in a CRO environment and hands-on experience coordinating Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) activities, including meeting planning, deliverable readiness, communication management, and follow-up tracking. This individual must be able to manage multiple stakeholders, work effectively in a matrixed environment, and ensure studies are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures. DMC Coordination Responsibilities - Lead or support the coordination of Data Monitoring Committee activities for assigned studies. - Develop and maintain DMC timelines, meeting schedules, communication plans, and tracking tools. - Coordinate preparation of DMC deliverables, including data cuts, tables, listings, figures, reports, presentations, and meeting materials, in collaboration with biometrics and other relevant functions. - Monitor readiness of DMC packages and ensure timely collection, review, quality control, and distribution of meeting materials. - Organize DMC meetings, including logistics, document flow, agenda management, attendance coordination, and follow-up activities. - Facilitate communication among sponsors, DMC members, independent statisticians, and internal study teams while maintaining required confidentiality and blinding controls. - Ensure DMC activities are conducted in accordance with the DMC charter, study protocol, sponsor requirements, and applicable procedures. - Maintain complete and accurate documentation of DMC decisions, recommendations, meeting minutes, and action items.
