• Provide operational support for user issues and requests of custom applications modifications • Analyze and translate requirements from user constituents • Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging of custom applications • Manage Salesforce system platform security with best practice implementation • Participate in team and client meetings to ensure program needs are met
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software development or related
- 4+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration and development
- Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration, algorithms, and architecture
- Demonstrated skills in translating customer requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to make changes to production deliverables on short notice
- Understanding of data security for confidential and protected data
