• Develop and execute strategies to optimize a portfolio of partners and drive revenue growth within your market • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and implement actionable growth strategies • Own and nurture relationships with service providers, ensuring strong engagement and retention • Conduct regular client interactions (including video calls) to support success and growth initiatives • Source and onboard new service providers by leveraging local networks and partnerships • Plan and execute monthly in-person events to drive engagement, community building, and business growth • Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and local dynamics to inform strategy • Educate partners on product updates and platform changes, and provide feedback to internal teams • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency • Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and timelines

Job Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in operations, account management, sales, or a related field
  • Proven success working in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets (SQL experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable in client-facing environments and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize in ambiguous environments
  • Experience planning and executing events or community-based initiatives is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or marketplace platforms is a strong plus
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak) is required

The starting pay range for this remote role is $132,098-$234,840. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position in the United States.
