• The Program Manager/Service Delivery Manager is responsible for playing an essential role in delivering value and ensuring the success of interactions with partners. • This role works in partnership with the Service Delivery teams to create an excellent customer experience for end-customers and business partners and ensure ever-improving customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator; additional certifications like Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation.
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business and partner requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with various audiences.
