Enterprise Pricing Analyst
SmithRx
• Independently ascertain how to query the necessary data from large data sets and generate ad hoc analysis with clear insights • Leverage historical claims data and provide reprice reporting that allows for assessment and risk management • Assist in preparing Enterprise-grade deliverables for sales that illustrate the company’s value • Ensure high quality, “client ready” deliverables through an audit/evaluation process and personal accountability • Execute deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and provide clear insights on findings • Clearly communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email, slack, phone, video call, etc. • Provide ad hoc analysis to illustrate other potential impact from implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution • Lean in on non-Enterprise RFP pipeline and other related areas when the Enterprise RFP pipeline is low
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years professional experience
- Experience in software, employee benefits, healthcare industries is a plus
- Strong analytical skills – ability to work with data and develop key insights
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker and Tableau
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

About the role:We are seeking an exceptional Pricing Analyst to support our new business and renewal pricing strategies. This role reports to the Pricing Lead and is critical to helping the team scale as the company grows. The Pricing Analyst owns account-level pricing for new and renewing clients while continuously improving pricing models and processes. Through this work, they play a key role in driving revenue across our book of business. Where you will work: Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
