• Manage incoming mail — including scanning, uploading, sorting, and routing to appropriate team members or taking required action. • Support multi-state tax operations reporting, including maintaining records, filing deadlines, and managing state agency online portals. • Assist with year-end tax preparation and reporting in coordination with the operations and finance team. • Maintain and organize confidential electronic employee and business files with a high degree of accuracy and discretion. • Assist in responding to state agency correspondence, unemployment claims, and employment verifications. • Support HR and operations with onboarding, record keeping, and other administrative tasks as assigned. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must reside in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- High-speed internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps download/upload speed (wired connection strongly preferred)
- A late-model computer (purchased within the last 3–4 years) running a current, supported operating system (Windows 10/11 or macOS)
- Functioning webcam and microphone for video conferencing
- A private, quiet, and dedicated workspace free from interruptions
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, tax, or HR support roles; candidates looking to break into the field are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with multi-state tax reporting, government portals, or payroll platforms is a strong plus.
