Role Description The Director, Brand and Product Management leads brand and product strategy, development, and execution for key manufacturer portfolios, including Goodyear and Bridgestone. This role ensures brands are differentiated, consistent, and aligned with business goals, by overseeing brand positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional brand initiatives across all touchpoints. The role is accountable for driving awareness, loyalty, volume, and margin performance across all company channels while maximizing and optimizing qualified program dealer programs and proactively adapting to evolving market and industry needs.
