Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Accounting Manager / Controller to oversee and manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is comfortable owning the full accounting cycle while supporting leadership with accurate financial insights. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, improving processes, and ensuring compliance as we continue to scale. This role is responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of current financial information, developing forecasts and budgets, maintaining financial controls, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making. The Fractional Controller works closely with client leadership, internal CFOs, and accounting staff under varying project structures.
