• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making by delivering financial insights and analyzing profitability and operational efficiency • Exercise independent financial judgment and pro-actively share strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders with minimal supervision • Develop annual budgets, create interim forecasts, and construct financial models as required • Compile and present monthly and semi-monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to management • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and collaborate with tax consultants • Establish and maintain internal controls • Conduct 1-on-1 semi-monthly and monthly financial review meetings with the CEO • Oversee the preparation and finalization of audit documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness while working closely with external auditors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree, pricing analysis experience, or Experience with 8(a) is PLUS MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Google Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency
