Product Manager

Receptive Inc.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from discovery through release. • Translate business and customer needs into detailed product requirements. • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation documentation. • Ensure quality and compliant copy for websites & patient communications. • Break down initiatives into actionable, well-scoped tickets. • Manage and groom the backlog to ensure engineering always has prioritized, ready-to-build work. • Hypothesize, configure and evaluate A/B tests for maximum customer value. • Identify gaps, friction points and operational inefficiencies within the product experience. • Optimize member & provider care journey workflows. • Partner with marketing and growth to support experimentation. • Monitor product performance metrics and proactively surface improvement opportunities. • Ensure features ship with proper analytics tracking for evaluation and iteration. • Serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and engineering. • Clarify ambiguity and drive decisions quickly. • Balance competing priorities across multiple brands. • Participate in user interviews or feedback synthesis. • Help define roadmap and prioritization. • Bring industry insight when relevant.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in product management in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience in telehealth industry.
  • Strong track record of shipping features and improvements consistently.
  • Experience working directly with engineers in agile environments.
  • Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfort operating with dynamic process and high ownership.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive environments.
  • Experience working on consumer subscription products.
  • Exposure to growth experimentation or conversion optimization.
