Paul Davis Restoration of North Florida
• Manage end-to-end bi-weekly/weekly payroll for NUMBER OF employees across multiple states. • Meticulously review timesheets, pay rates, deductions, bonuses, and overtime to ensure zero errors. • Stay updated on changing tax laws, benefits regulations, and labor laws to maintain 100% compliance. • Act as the go-to person for employee payroll inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism. • Maintain and update payroll/HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom) and ensure seamless integration. • Prepare accurate, timely payroll reports for management, finance, and auditors. • Lead the year-end process, including W-2 review and distribution.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in ADP, Sage and Excel
- Strong knowledge of multi-state tax laws and garnishment processing.
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a major plus.
