About the postion - Build trusted, strategic partnerships with state tax teams, gaining deep understanding of their jurisdictional structures and operational models. - Serve as the primary bridge between customers and IVIX, translating tax agency requirements and operational pain points into structured technical capabilities and measurable outcomes. - Provide tax domain leadership, resolving complex jurisdictional questions and guiding internal product development based on customer needs. - Own full end-to-end delivery cycles — from initial Proof of Value (POV) through deployment — managing timelines, milestones, and success criteria to ensure actionable results. - Represent the voice of the customer internally by collaborating closely with Product, R&D, Data Solutions, and Sales to drive long-term product improvements. - Partner with Sales leadership to identify renewal and expansion opportunities by clearly demonstrating ROI and leveraging client successes. - Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks early, and mitigate friction points to ensure long-term client success. Requirements - 15+ years of hands-on and management experience in tax enforcement (DOR, IRS, or similar) OR 8+ years of specialized tax consulting experience (e.g., Big Four SALT/Forensics). - Demonstrated track record of leading complex investigations or high-stakes audit projects (“Audit DNA”). - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple tax jurisdictions. - Client-centric mindset with proven ability to lead sync meetings, manage complex timelines, and align senior stakeholders. - Technical curiosity and aptitude to understand AI-driven technology and analytical methodologies (advanced Excel capabilities are highly valued). - BA/B.Sc. in a quantitative or business-related discipline (Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related fields); advanced degree is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment. - Strong cultural fluency, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building capabilities across diverse stakeholders. - High ownership mentality with the ability to influence without formal authority and execute both independently and collaboratively. - Willingness to travel as needed to support US-based clients, with occasional travel to LATAM and Israel. - Experience in Sales & Use, Corporate Income, or Nexus investigations is highly valued. - Fluent Spanish – must

• Design and implement an insurance client strategy aligned with Aksia’s existing alternatives strategies, particularly within private credit. • Lead fundraising and structuring for insurance company offerings, working with external rating agencies and external counsel. • Source, originate, and manage relationships with insurers, positioning Aksia as a trusted advisor and asset manager in the insurance space. • Collaborate with internal portfolio teams across private credit, private equity, hedge funds, and real assets to construct portfolios addressing insurance clients' thresholds for yield, risk, liabilities, and capital. • Serve as strategic partner and leader, potentially structuring a small, dedicated team to focus on insurance solutions. • Provide thought leadership on industry trends, regulatory developments, and client challenges.
• Lead business development and relationship management with institutional investors, family offices, OCIO, and private wealth platforms within the assigned region. • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy targeting new LP relationships and deepening existing ones. • Serve as the primary interface with prospective clients, crafting and delivering presentations, proposals, and strategic insights. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across research, investment, operations, and client advisory teams to deliver seamless and insightful client experiences. • Stay abreast of evolving market trends, fund strategies, and client needs to position Aksia’s offerings competitively and credibly.
