Director, Analytics

Hello Heart

• Lead the Analytics team across business verticals, setting the vision, strategy, and goals for the analytics function across the organization • Partner with GTM teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Support & Product, to understand their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights • Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and priorities • Ensure seamless integration of analytics into GTM strategies and operations • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the analytics team and across the company • Provide professional leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to analysts embedded within cross-functional GTM teams • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new analytics team members • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to analysts • Establish and enforce, in collaboration with the Data Platform team, data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security • Monitor and improve the quality of data and analytics outputs • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies

Job Requirements

  • Located within EST zone US state, with proven ability working with a global team across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role either in a centralized or decentralized model.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics teams.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI system.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a Data Warehouse.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
