• Deliver software implementations customers trust. • Work hands‑on with clients to define requirements, configure and integrate solutions. • Run test plans that deliver automation stable, scalable, and ready for day‑one operations. • Lead the deployment of AutoStore warehouse automation control software for customers. • Analyze warehouse processes and configure and integrate software solutions. • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to go‑live. • Own the technical and functional implementation journey—documenting requirements, configuring solutions, executing test plans, and supporting customers during production start. • Collaborate closely with project teams, Customer Success, and Product to ensure reliable, scalable solutions that meet real operational needs.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation or operation of warehouse management solutions.
  • Experience in intralogistics, warehouse operations, or warehouse automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and IIS (setup, services, networking).
  • Good understanding of intralogistics processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
  • Nice to have: Consulting experience.
  • Experience with MS SQL and databases.
