• The Functional Analyst at HRM will join an insurance project, contributing to the analysis and evolution of core systems dedicated to managing insurance products. • The role involves direct involvement in the definition, configuration and maintenance of products within the Pass Products suite, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure solutions aligned with operational and regulatory requirements of the insurance sector.

Job Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the Pass Products suite with at least 5 years' experience
  • At least 2 years' experience with motor retail products
  • Good knowledge of the Pass Products data model
  • Functional knowledge of the PassCompagnia frontend
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and in drafting functional specifications
  • Familiarity with insurance product processes (life and/or non-life/P&C)
  • Good command of English (B2 level)
