Senior Sales Manager
Telness Tech
• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets in your assigned market. • Develop and execute a clear sales plan aligned with our strategy and ICP. • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using Salesforce. • Prospect new logos using outbound tactics, including email, LinkedIn, networking, and events. • Lead sales cycles from first contact through to negotiation and contract signing. • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that connect with real customer needs. • Be the voice of the customer—sharing insights back to the product and marketing teams. • Attend key industry events to build visibility and relationships • Stay informed about trends, technological shifts, and competitor moves in the BSS/OSS and SaaS sectors. • Actively engage on LinkedIn to help develop the Telness Tech brand.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years in SaaS, BSS/OSS, or enterprise software sales
- 5+ years selling to telco or tech companies, ideally in Europe and the US
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and telecom value chains
- Strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and a love of the full sales cycle
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (we use Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Curious, structured, resilient, and adaptable—you know how to get things done
- A strong commercial instinct and data-driven mindset
- A collaborative team player who leads by example and cares about results

• Identificación y contacto principal con clientes (y potenciales clientes) para asegurar contratación, asegurando un vínculo cercano y a largo plazo. • Gestión, segmentación y desarrollo de cartera de clientes, y por ende, del negocio. • Asesoramiento técnico y de mercado a clientes de forma proactiva, incluyendo gama de potenciales productos auxiliares. • Cierre de ventas • Identificación y cierre de nuevas colaboraciones con distribuidores • Serás responsable de impulsar la ejecución end-to-end de proyectos, desarrollando sinergias con los stakeholders que conforman la cadena de valor (jefes de obra, instaladores, distribuidores…) para garantizar así la consecución de los objetivos del/de Pipeline/ventas • Colaborar y desarrollar sinergias con equipos internos para el desarrollo del negocio: estrecho contacto con departamentos Técnico & Marketing, Comercial y formación técnica, para facilitar (cuando se requiera) asesoramiento, soluciones técnicas, cierre de negociaciones, seguimiento de obras, visitas conjuntas, formación técnica, etc. • Medición del impacto: reporting periódico de actividad, según procesos y herramientas corporativas (CRM Salesforce) para mejorar la rentabilidad, productividad y eficacia. Cumplimiento, seguimiento y desarrollo de KPIs establecidos
