• Run deep, structured discovery with customer stakeholders (Security/Privacy/Data/Engineering): listen hard, ask incisive follow-ups, uncover root causes, and translate pain into clear outcomes and an actionable technical plan leveraging the Relyance AI platform. • Own the technical solution end-to-end—from architecture and integration design through implementation—making pragmatic tradeoffs that balance speed, security, and long-term maintainability. • Implement and ship: configure the platform, stand up integrations, validate outcomes, troubleshoot in real time, and deliver working deployments (not just recommendations). • Build reusable technical assets that accelerate success: repeatable rollout playbooks, runbooks, reference architectures, automation/scripts, validation checklists, and “starter” templates that customers can adopt and scale. • Partner with the Value Realization team to drive measurable outcomes and adoption by helping define success metrics, establishing technical baselines, and delivering technical enablement (workshops, working sessions, office hours) that turn platform capabilities into sustained usage. • Serve as the technical lead for your accounts, partnering with Sales and the Value Realization team to ensure successful deployments, strong technical adoption, and opportunities to expand platform usage. • Shape product direction with concrete customer evidence: synthesize discovery patterns, propose product gaps and solutions, and work closely with Product/Engineering—especially with early adopters—to refine product fit. • Communicate with clarity and precision: concise updates, strong stakeholder management, and crisp articulation of risks, timelines, and tradeoffs for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Installation and service enablement: Own the installation, configuration, and activation of our on-premises equipment within our customer’s facilities and environments • Be proficient in the configuration and management of “out of band” access • Help with troubleshooting issues related to the installation and performance of our sensors • Guarantee that all installations are fully tested end-to-end and ready for production • Support our Tier 1 support team - 3rd party offshore team. This team is our first responder to any automated alerts where on-premise equipment is unstable. • Support the on-call rotation for critical issues when Tier 1 is unable to recover critical services for our customers. • Be an active owner in our team of customer issues, responding, troubleshooting, and providing a resolution for on-premise equipment while working remotely. • Use our SLAs as guidelines to improve our support processes and response • Support the team to strategize on process improvements and additional tools to reduce volume and expedite troubleshooting • Provide our customers the best experience throughout the process in both written and verbal communications • Participate in creating SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and cross-training other team members to support the entire service experience.

• Prepare summary trip reports within two working days of trip completion • Compile and complete project documents • Provide technical engineering support for all phases of assigned new construction and renovation projects (i.e. evaluate shop drawings, design proposals, and interpret the technical requirements for adherence to contract documents) • Participate in Joint Acceptance Inspections (JAI) and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (CAI) on all assigned projects and provide recommended resolutions on all items relating to engineering • Perform engineering studies for feasibility and cost versus benefit • Provide technical input to the Government Technical Interpreter in actions to plan, budget, program, and coordinate the development of engineering projects • Develop project drawings in accordance with the FAA Standard/guidelines
