Account Executive
SourceWhale
• Manage the full sales cycle through to contract negotiation and deal closure. • Use SourceWhale’s platform first-hand to create effective outreach. • Partner closely with SDR’s to book and lead demos of the SourceWhale platform to prospects. • Manage your sales pipeline and track performance against KPIs. • Key stakeholder management (director level & above). • Collaborate with Customer Success to provide new customers a seamless experience. • Work closely with your manager to carve out your own Career Pathway.
Job Requirements
- 1-2+ years closing sales experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment or similar industry.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets consistently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with distributed remote teams in a startup environment.
- Growth mindset - you are always looking of ways to improve.
- Intrinsically motivated with a yearning to succeed.
- Driven, positive and resilient.
- Preference for candidates to be based in either Boston or Tampa.
