• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals • Develop and implement strategic territory business plans aligned with company objectives • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities • Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts to increase product adoption and revenue growth • Serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers, clinics, and key stakeholders in the territory • Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and follow-up visits to drive adoption • Provide consultative support, addressing client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute targeted campaigns and initiatives • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
