• Oversee the daily operations and financial performance of residential and/or commercial properties. • Manage property budgets, accounts payable/receivable, rent collections, and financial reporting. • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and vendor services. • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking to ensure financial goals are met. • Lead property improvement, renovation, and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to manage project schedules, quality, and compliance. • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service level agreements are met. • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Resolve tenant concerns and operational issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Prepare management reports, project updates, and financial analyses for ownership and senior leadership. • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and property performance. • Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and applicable local regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, with demonstrated project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
- Experience managing renovation, construction, or capital improvement projects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Role Description We are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects. The NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO's member countries and its partners. The NCIA provides a wide range of services, including: - Cyber Security: Advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect NATO's communication networks and information systems against cyber threats. - Command and Control Systems: Development and maintenance of systems used by NATO's military commanders to plan and execute operations. - Satellite Communications: Services to enable secure and reliable communications between NATO forces. - Electronic Warfare: Services to support NATO's mission to detect, deny, and defeat threats to its communication networks. - Information Management: Management of NATO's information technology infrastructure, including databases, applications, and servers. The NCI Agency needs to build and maintain a high-performance engaged workforce consisting of NATO International Civilians (NICs), Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC). Role Duties and Responsibilities - Provide support to Project Managers (PM) and Operations Specialists of the Operations Support (OSS) Branch. - Assist PMs with Acquisition, Service Now Dashboards, coordination of meetings, follow-up of procurements, and internal reviews. - Request new or extend Reach accounts and laptops for contractors. - Monitor & control non-complex small projects. - Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
