• People management: with 9-12 direct reports, conduct training and coaching sessions to ensure high standards of care and compliance. • Conduct 1:1 and group supervision to address challenges & promote reflective practice to improve performance, maintaining a consistent feedback loop. • Clinical Supervision: supervise patient coaching provided to 300+ adolescent patients by your team. • Ensure adherence to ethical standards & best practices. • Help develop and implement frameworks for coaches to assess risk, respond to crisis, and escalate situations appropriately. • Hold people accountable to high company standards. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with the team leads for the parenting coaches, therapists and child psychiatrists to deliver a strong integrated team intervention. • Change Management: as a growing clinic our workflows can change frequently. Your role requires strong change agility and the ability to lead your team effectively through change by building trust, sharing the “why”, and building habits that help them adapt to change. • Quality Assurance and Compliance: evaluate the effectiveness of interventions & implement changes. • Address performance gaps quickly & develop actions plans to support individual members of your team. • Crisis Management and Support: provide immediate support during emergencies, offering clear direction to guides to manage patient and patient family crises.

Role Description The Senior Director, US Pricing and Contracting is a member of the US Market Access leadership team, reporting directly to the SVP, US Market Access. Responsible for leading the strategic planning for establishing price and contracting for formulary access for IVVD’s mAb therapies.
