Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data operations, data architecture, or related roles
- 3 years of experience in Healthcare or PBM settings, specifically developing enterprise solutions for claims, eligibility, and accumulator data
- Knowledge of Pharmacy/Healthcare, including Claims, Eligibility, and Accumulators (preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint administration and Power Platform automation (preferred)
- Extensive experience with Snowflake, Fabric, and dbt
- Proficiency in Python, MSSQL, and PowerShell for operational task automation and analysis
- Practical knowledge of SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS, and secure managed file transfer (MFT) protocols
- Expertise in handling CSV, 340B, Fixed-width (Flat-files), EDI, and Database files
- Proven experience independently managing client-facing technical integrations (SFTP) and end-to-end data mapping

This role provides enterprise-wide architectural leadership across systems, platforms, and data domains supporting Arizona’s Medicaid program.
