• Edit and repurpose long-form videos for various platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all platforms. • Create optimized titles, descriptions, and CTAs tailored to each channel. • Analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Studio and provide actionable insights. • Build and maintain marketing funnels from content to lead magnet to bookings. • Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns around webinars and launches. • Coordinate podcast and webinar logistics, ensuring smooth operations. • Document workflows and utilize AI tools for efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, particularly in content and social marketing within B2B or coaching services.
  • Strong video editing skills in software such as Premiere, Final Cut, or Descript.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like ConvertKit or ActiveCampaign.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools including YouTube Studio and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and a willingness to explore new technologies.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing projects independently.

What You’ll Do We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Social & Content Marketing Manager to lead key brand-building initiatives across social media strategy, awards program management, and research project execution.
