Role Description As an Experienced Systems Engineer in the Operation Center, you will: - Apply broad knowledge of Boeing airplane design and/or engineering principles to solve Urgent/AOG system issues. - Solve technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer. - Assess system failures and develop solutions for continued safe operation of aircraft. - Design and/or provide analysis of interim and final engineering solutions to return airplanes to revenue service. - Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for nonconformance's. - Analyze reported problems for potential safety issues. - Develop solutions utilizing sound engineering logic, experience, and published data. - Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers via telephone. - Collaborate with other support groups to develop solutions. - Communicate with customers if additional information is needed or roadblocks arise. - Perform review of the requests and determine the best avenue for resolution. - Review outgoing messages for quality. - Correspond with Operators through BCS, e-mail, 1M and telephone. - Act as point of contact for incoming calls and BCS Service Requests. This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. - The position requires flexibility to mark a nonstandard schedule, which may include working holidays and weekends, and second or third shift hours to support the Boeing fleet operating in a 24/7/365 environment. - 8 or more years related engineering experience. - The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Requirements - Experience working in Airlines/MCC/AOG Handling. - Experience with Boeing aircraft data (hands-on experience is a plus). - Customer Service Experience. - B2 license on Boeing aircraft(s). • Design, build, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, and related tools • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring secure and timely data delivery to vendors and internal systems • Maintain and enhance integrations leveraging XSLT, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST) • Serve as a technical subject matter expert, collaborating cross-functionally to implement and optimize business processes • Act as a functional lead in a major Workday area, configuring processes and advanced calculations • Gather and translate business requirements, supporting key cycles such as Comp Review, Benefits Open Enrollment, and Payroll Year-End • Deliver advanced Workday analytics through reports, dashboards, and BIRT outputs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand Systems and Cloud Infrastructure requirements. • Implement end-to-end systems that align with business objectives and technical constraints. • Create detailed system specifications, including hardware, software, and network components. • Coordinate the integration of hardware, software, cloud, and network elements to build comprehensive systems. • Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of system components. • Ensure seamless interoperability between different system components. • Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement. • Implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance. • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within systems. • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate security threats and system failures. • Implement Cloud-native DevOps and CICD Solutions based on Application Requirements. • Establish backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and system continuity. • Be primary on-call Engineer for Cloud, Systems and Application Infrastructure one week out of six weeks. Be secondary on-call Engineer for Cloud, Systems and Application Infrastructure one week out of six weeks. • Create user manuals, technical guides, and operational procedures for system users and administrators.

• Apply expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (and Oracle EBS where applicable) to deliver scalable, cloud ‑ based financial solutions • Support and enhance Oracle ERP financial application modules, interfaces, and related systems • Partner directly with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate accounting needs into system designs and configurations • Lead functional design activities including configuration, module setup, testing, and production support • Drive business simplification and automation through effective use of cloud ERP capabilities • Lead and contribute to current ‑ state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and define future ‑ state solutions • Define and document business process and system requirements • Prepare detailed functional documentation and specifications • Provide direction on design decisions and financial system functionality • Coordinate and manage user change requests and enhancement initiatives through on ‑ time delivery • Serve as a functional lead for financial systems initiatives, ensuring alignment with accounting processes, close activities, and controls
