• Design and operate scalable infrastructure across cloud and internal systems to ensure reliability and performance • Own and evolve identity and access management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and lifecycle automation • Improve operational efficiency through automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD enablement • Administer and optimize core SaaS platforms (Atlassian, Salesforce, NetSuite), ensuring strong integrations and access governance • Strengthen security posture through vulnerability management, patching, and system hardening • Partner cross-functionally with Security, HR, and Engineering to support onboarding, compliance, and system integrations
Job Requirements
- Strong systems and cloud engineering fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven experience designing and managing IAM systems (SSO, MFA, RBAC, lifecycle management)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Security-first mindset with experience in vulnerability management and system hardening
- Ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive systems and improvements
- Infrastructure and systems engineering across Linux-based environments
- Cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- SaaS administration and integrations (Atlassian, Salesforce, NetSuite or similar)
- Monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting distributed systems

Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. - The position requires flexibility to mark a nonstandard schedule, which may include working holidays and weekends, and second or third shift hours to support the Boeing fleet operating in a 24/7/365 environment. - 8 or more years related engineering experience. - The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
