In this role, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of their public-facing website, delivering high-performance, internationally localized web experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including design, marketing, and product teams to build scalable, content-driven web solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full stack web features for US and EU market websites - Build and integrate React-based front-end components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness - Implement and manage content delivery pipelines using Contentful CMS, including content modeling, API integrations, and localized content management for multiple regional markets - Develop and optimize server-side rendered (SSR) pages using Next.js to ensure fast load times, strong SEO performance, and scalable architecture - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design specs into polished, production-ready web experiences - Support multi-region content strategies, including multi-language and multi-locale configurations within Contentful - Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies - Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page performance, and cross-browser compatibility - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner - Document technical implementations, component libraries, and integration workflows Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional full stack web development experience - Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component architecture - Hands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG, and the App Router - Experience working with Contentful CMS, including content modeling, REST/GraphQL API integration, and localization workflows - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/mobile-first design principles - Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL - Familiarity with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitHub/GitLab) - Strong understanding of web performance best practices and SEO fundamentals Preferred Qualifications: - Experience developing or maintaining automotive or consumer brand websites - Knowledge of EU web regulations including GDPR compliance and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms such as Vercel or AWS - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Tailwind CSS) - Working knowledge of Node.js for back-end API development or middleware - Exposure to analytics and A/B testing integrations (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Optimizely) Salary Range: - $95,000 - $110,000 - The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience ALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
