Your Qualifications: - Certification: Active ABA-approved Paralegal Certification is strictly required. - Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal specifically within in-house corporate legal departments. - Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. - In-House Expertise: Deep understanding of corporate formalities and the unique operational needs of a private company legal department. - Operational Mindset: Demonstrated experience in project management and the successful implementation of legal technology solutions. - Executive Presence: Ability to communicate clearly and operate with absolute discretion in a leadership-facing environment. Team Dynamics: You will be joining a tight-knit legal team of six. We operate as genuine peers — the General Counsel leads with a skills-first philosophy, treating every team member with respect and expecting the same in return. Personality and the ability to collaborate across the team are as important to us as technical expertise.
