Role Description We are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects. The NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO's member countries and its partners. The NCIA provides a wide range of services, including: - Cyber Security: Advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect NATO's communication networks and information systems against cyber threats. - Command and Control Systems: Development and maintenance of systems used by NATO's military commanders to plan and execute operations. - Satellite Communications: Services to enable secure and reliable communications between NATO forces. - Electronic Warfare: Services to support NATO's mission to detect, deny, and defeat threats to its communication networks. - Information Management: Management of NATO's information technology infrastructure, including databases, applications, and servers. The NCI Agency needs to build and maintain a high-performance engaged workforce consisting of NATO International Civilians (NICs), Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC). Role Duties and Responsibilities - Provide support to Project Managers (PM) and Operations Specialists of the Operations Support (OSS) Branch. - Assist PMs with Acquisition, Service Now Dashboards, coordination of meetings, follow-up of procurements, and internal reviews. - Request new or extend Reach accounts and laptops for contractors. - Monitor & control non-complex small projects. - Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary meetings. Qualifications - Ability to work with a team of Project Managers and Operational Specialists. - Demonstrated ability to work pro-actively and independently on assigned tasks. - In-depth knowledge of MS-Office tools. - Strong knowledge of project administration tasks. - Recent experience of administration and management of assigned projects in accordance with NATO regulations. - Experience with NATO Security Investment Programme (NSIP) process. - Experience in supporting Project Managers for NCIA Third Party projects. - Experience with NCIA Procurement Types. - In-depth experience in using Enterprise Business Application (EBA), Service Now, and Neo E-Procurement. - Experience in maintaining SharePoint workspace and portals. - Holds a formal Project Management qualification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI PMP. Requirements - Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 5 years post-related experience. - Secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience in supporting the administrative parts for a team of project managers. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
