Project Manager
Rx Redefined
• Lead all aspects of customer onboarding from start to finish, managing internal and external deliverables to ensure timelines are met and the customer is launched per target. • Lead regular customer communication and confirm all customer project deliverables and timelines are being met. • Forecast potential schedule delays and project risks and develop strategies to overcome, including escalation when necessary. • Delegate internal project tasks and ensure timely completion. • Serve as the customer key point of contact during implementations for customer education, issue resolution, and adoption. • Communicate internally to key stakeholders and leadership on project status and any potential problems or delays. • Ensure that proper connections of subject matter experts between customers and internal team members are made (e.g. Licensing, Systems, Revenue Cycle). • Lead the customer’s launch planning process internally and externally to ensure optimal post-launch performance.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA with at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing project management role, Sales experience preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare Account Management, and/or Tech start-up preferred.
- Expertise in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated success influencing project team members without authority or direct supervision responsibilities.
